Daniel Buck is from Indianapolis, Indiana. He has lived on both the north and the south sides of the city. He first came to Hungary when he visited for a month in the winter of 2015. He came to live here officially in the summer of 2017.
He feels that God called him to Hungary to help build a bridge between the sacred and secular, specifically through exploring business as missions. He wants to see how business can be used to enhance current ministries and drive future ones that can bring about the transformation of communities.
Currently, he works with several English ministries the team does here—specifically English Klub. He is also beginning to lay groundwork for future business ventures. Most of his time right now, though, is spent learning the language and trying to adapt to the culture.
